Vegan/Non-dairy fudge

We’ve made our vegan “Thai” fudge with coconut products instead of dairy!     Or, if you’d rather, our vegan “Dubai Bar” fudge–with pistachio, cardamom, rosewater, and tahini–is crafted with almond products instead of dairy.  Feel free to mix and match!
